Résumé

Do literary sources, if they establish connections with history, not construct an expressive discursive space of knowledge and time? Indeed, recited by every primary school student in Dahomey, now Benin, this poem entitled "Tofa and Thunder" is being examined as a multimodal discursive production that conveys the participatory framework and temporal understanding. Therefore, we posit that the poem represents a semio-pragmatic space for cultural deposit and interaction. The aim is to reveal, through statements uttered, the mutual knowledge known and the doctrinal significance of signs in Africa. This study focuses on the semiosis of the poetic text within a philosophico-quantum impulse to observe the elements of poetic grammar in Africa, aiming to bring forth the depths of logos within the interactive space crafted for lyricism
